We used Commercial Steam Clean for an apartment we lived in for about a year, and to clean the carpets of the house we moved into. On both occasions, the cleaners arrived when they said they'd arrive and did a top notch job. Since we were in the middle of remodeling, packing, moving, closing on a house, etc., we met the cleaners in both the apartment and the house and then we left them to do their job. They cleaned the carpets and locked up when they left. The workers are kind, trustworthy and honest. That's rare in this day and age.
The spot cleaner spray for carpets is also wonderful. It actually lifts stains directly out of carpet. We had a little incident where one of our pets bled onto a light carpet. The spot cleaner removed all the blood stains...amazing!
I will definitely call Commercial Steam Team when we need our carpets cleaned again.
