Maintenance Service for Gas Heater 10/3/2017

Comfort Pro has been providing bi-annual services for our AC & gas heater for 8 yrs. Each service technician has been professional. I was delighted in Jake B's service visit. He arrived on time & placed his "booties" over his work boots even though he was told they were not needed!...a little item but very thoughtful gesture. Jake B. was extremely professional, very knowledgeable & provided helpful information & suggestions for my NEST and our Aprilaire unit. He explained each test & relayed his findings. After he completed the maintenance service he provided a computer printout with the results of his tests and reviewed each aspect of the readout. He was the first tech to provide this information!! I hope I can request for him to do our spring AC maintenance check. Job WELL done!! Thanks more

Comfort Pro Preventative Maintenance Visit 9/27/2017

Zane from Comfort Pro was at our home today for our semi-annual preventative maintenance visit. Zane was very professional and provided the required services to our HVAC system. In the end he explained, what he did and scheduled our appointment for the next 6 month visit. I have been using Comfort Pro for close to two years and have not have any issues. They have always completed the job both professionally and timely. more

Arrived same day we asked for help! in fact arrived within 4 hours of initial call. Was efficient, explained everything...we were back with A/C in a very short time period. He was thorough and checked out many things to make sure he had corrected all the problems. GREAT SERVICE! more

This is the second year Cole has serviced my heating and cooling system, and I am very satisfied with his performance. He has arrived on time, his appearance and demeaner has been professional, and he explains the work or checks he has performed. I feel very comfortable with having Cole in my home and maintaining my system. Dawn has been coordinating my heating and cooling services for over 6 or 7 years now. I’ve come to view her as professional, yet very friendly and I like that. She has been very supportive and patient in rescheduling service dates to meet my scheduling needs. Good service across 6 or 7 years rates an A+ in my book. more

Jacob B arrived on within the beginning of the window of time that was given. He was very professional. He identified the problem and fixed it in a reasonable amount of time. He answered my questions and gave suggestions. more
