Colter Park is a deplorable place to live. It is ghetto, cockroach infested and has a high crime rate. Our cars have been broken into countless times, amenities and the security gate are constantly broken. I got an eviction notice when I paid my rent, homeless people dig in our dumpsters every morning and leave garbage everywhere, our roof leaks when it rains, the managers held off putting th air conditioning on as long as possible yet had their office air conditioned, it has been an overall terrible experience. I can't wait to move.
