Extract water from carpet caused by hot water pipe leak in closet & dry out closet as well 9/28/2018

On 9/19/2018 Caesar A & Josh P responded at night to an urgent request regarding above subject. After assessing problem, they immediately, professionally & efficiently went to work setting up 4 large fans on the carpet to extract accumulated water & 1 fan in coat closet to begin drying process. These young men were reassuring, friendly and their dispositions calmed me down considerably after being overwhelmed with the water leak. They showed concern & compassion for my welfare, being I'm in my late 70's, a widow, & use a cane. I can't commend them enough. Two young men are outstanding assets to CCS. more

Professional and Customer Service 9/1/2018

Colorado Cleanup Services is dealing with a huge mess that a Home Depot purchased GE dishwasher caused. Of the three companies just named, Colorado Cleanup is the only one with real customer service while the other two have been anything short of helpful. Jacob and Dontae have answered our questions and addressed our concerns throughout this nightmare of an experience. They are polite and very personable. If you ever encounter any sort of damage caused by water in your home, don't hesitate to call Colorado Cleanup Services. more

Caesar was assigned to tear the carpet in the basement and stairs and landing. He did a good job and cleaned up after him. He was knowledgeable and aware of the pros and cons of my request. I really appreciate the honest opinion on the issue we had with the carpets. more

Good, friendly service 8/23/2018

Josh P and Victor were my service technicians who came to my house to clean up a small sewage back-up. I received a courtesy call from Josh about 30 min prior to their arrival and they arrived within the 2 hour window I had been given. They both introduced themselves and were very courteous. They donned shoe protectors before they entered my house. Upon reviewing the situation Josh P explained exactly what they was going to do. Once in the basement, they accessed the basement with their equipment via one of my window wells, so didn't even need to come through the house again. They were very quick and efficient. After they completed the work, they took me down to the area and showed me what they had done. They left a fan running in the basement and plan to pick it up within the next few days. I was very pleased with their service and would call CCS again if needed for water/mold restoration work! Thanks guys! more

Wall and Ceiling Restoration---Good Work! 8/12/2018

Correy was timely and very professional. The wall and ceiling sheetrock was restored (and he cheerfully went back to Sherwin Williams to get a custom paint match, which worked out great). We are totally satisfied. more

Great Service 10/27/2017

Paul and Kendal from CCS were dispatched to a large facility in the Denver area this week for an emergency clean up. within 4 hours our facility was sanitized top to bottom, damaged carpet was removed and floors dried, and pre construction areas were taped off for safety. these two gentlemen were on top of there game, such a large building cleared and cleaned in 4 hours was amazing. If anyone is questioning this company please know that they will not let you down. more

I am a former employee for this company and first off I would like to say the owners of this company Randy and Julie Johansson are the best owners to work for. They truly care about their employees and they're customers and treat everyone as family and as they would want to be treated. All the employees here from management all the way down to the technicians are by far the best group of guys I've ever worked with. If you need any disaster restoration work done on your house these guys are the people to do it. I was very honored to represent this company. The reason I'm no longer with this company is that I decided to get out of this type of work and do something new. I have the utmost respect for Randy and Julie Johansson and have no regrets on working for them. If you are looking for a job look no further than this company. more

Eric and Ivan with Colorado Cleanup Services were called out to one of our homeowners after their dishwasher leaked, this was some mold under the dishwasher and cabinets. They were very timely and very professional, they did a great job with the job and were very thorough, the made sure that there was not mold anywhere else, they even cut a area of drywall in the basement ceiling to make sure nothing was in that area. Eric even called the homeowner and explained what they had done, which was very helpful to me as well as the homeowner. They were great! more
