It was strange to see positive reviews about this doctor I must confess my confusion. I found their office someone average and lacking any warmth. When it was apparent that my son had nut allergies it was almost impossible to get the office to properly write the prescription so that 2 Epi-Pens could be allocated so that his Day Care would have one and I would have the other one. It took me faxing, calling, and re faxing to get the problem resolved and when the next year rolled around I faced similar difficulties. It just seemed to me that the staff wasn't relaying everything to the Doctor or visa versa, and that one staff member would fail to leave a note so that the staff member that was suppose to take care of things the next day would have a clue, but no. It's disappointing, but based on the quality of care available in Reno not surprising.
Pros: Once in the office things seemed average and on par.
Cons: One you leave the office you're on your own.
