When we finally got the order the ice creams were melted. Supposedly, no one gave the delivery guy the address. I had to make my fiance go get the ice cream because the guy ended up in the w hotel across the street. There is no reason for someone to go pick up their order at another address because of carelessness. This was not the first time cold stone or whom ever screwed up. more

First off the fact that they deliver at all is amazing! This is my second time ordering from them. The first was OK, my ice cream was a little more melted than I wanted it to be. However this time was great!! They called to let me know one of the flavors was out and gave me substitute options. It arrived within the window time I was given and as it was in the middle of the heat wave I was pleasantly surprised that it was still in ice cream form. I will be ordering again for sure! more

Not sure what big deal is 11/20/2006

This is OKAY ice cream. I don't know why everyone raves about it. And just looking at my scoops makes me feel 20 pounds heavier! more
