Bad!! 5/1/2013

Never use you guys again. they didnot deliver as promised. The sales person who came over had said that they would spay enzymes all over the carpet and not just spot clean. But the technician did only spot cleaning. didnot clean the stairs properly. My 4 year old had used washable markers on the carpet and he got 2pots and left the others..i asked for him to come again as per their customer satisfaction guarantee.But the person on the phone was not helpful at all and said that they cannot come at a time convenient to me. I have a 4 and 2 year old. And they would not work around my schedule.so much for customer satisfaction. more

Very clean carpets but excessively wet. 5/1/2013

My carpets were cleaned beyond expectations! Excellent! However, the carpets were so wet that after they were cleaned on Friday, it took till the following Wednesday before they were dry. Fortunately the weather was nice so I could open doors to speed along the drying process. The gentleman that cleaned the carpets was professional and courteous. He said the carpets would be dry by the following evening. Not so! This aspect of the whole process disappointed me. more

I appreciated the convenient scheduling of my quote and the the actual cleaning. The technicians were very polite and professional. I appreciated the tech who did the carpet c;eaning explained that the 2 stains in the master bathroom were permanent as they were caused by bleach from nail polish remover. Oh renters! more

polite, worked efficiently, did not care about exhaust fumes in house 5/1/2013

As stated above, the crew performed professionally however since the suction hose (large wide tube) was routed through the garage door for the shortest distance to the furnace and when the vacuum ran a huge draft into the house occurred from the open door. The truck's diesel engine ran for over an hour and fumes poured into the hours through the garage! I had to jery rig a barrier of plastic bags and duct tape around the open door to keep from becoming overcome by truck fumes! I also opened the patio door to provide fresh air, the crew said "that can't hurt.." Your crew closed my garage door onto the tube but fumes still came in..they said they'd work fast...I can't believe this is a safe way of "cleaning" air ducts and recommend a review of your venting procedures for customer safety.. I haven't had any problems with them. 4/26/2013

I've had great experiences with them and I've used them for years. I used them as recently as a month ago. I had one big restoration job I had them do, that included having my garage ceiling replaced after it had been leaked on by the upstairs toilet. It was amazing how they worked. They remedied the problem, and everything went smoothly in my opinion. I wouldn't have anyone else clean my carpet, either. They always stand behind their work. The people that come out have always been good. more
