First of all, the name is Johnnie Knight, not Joane Light. I moved most of the furniture even though the person moved one of the heavier pieces of furniture. I only did that because he gave me the impression that they don't move furniture. He moved the dining chairs out and a few of the other lighter pieces (trash can, shredder, maybe the scale?). The carpet is taupe, therefore I had to wait for the next day to see the results. Some spots still remain. For the amount of money charged, I wanted all stains out. I did not like the way the bill was written. It did not tell the dimensions of the areas cleaned. I did not see the 40 discount which makes me wonder if I received the discount at all. I was not satisfied with the results so the same person came out. I spoke to the person by phone when he came out the second time about the areas I still had a concern with. He said he did not see any spots when clearly there were. He just was not pleasant over the phone. Had I been there, I probably would have called the company right then. Maybe he was upset that he had to come back a second time. I am glad you policy is complete satisfaction. It was too bad that it took two cleanings for that to happen.
