Coconuts"" is one of the last original Florida Keys Bars on Big Pine Key. In 1972, Meri-Lynn's parents (Ron and Betty Rondeau)found the piece of property on US1 that we decided to buy together. We knew it would take awhile, but after the proposed 7-Mile Bridge was built, it would be a good place to start a family business. ""Coconuts"" was built almost 30 years ago when the Keys were a very different place.The same owners have been there all along and remain active in supporting their community . ""Coconuts"" is located at the only traffic light on Pine Key. Stop in and feel what the Keys ""felt"" like a very long time ago. Nice place, nice folks... on a very special Island...\r
