Worst Customer Service EVER!!!! 10/19/2015

I would rate them a no star if I could. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Technical support and customer service may as well be the same for the lack of knowledge. Ever time they upgrade, it is a nightmare!!!!!!! I don't know how they stay in business with such incompetence. I have been on the phone 4 hours trying to log on to their so-called new digital banking. I was hung up on by someone named Nicki customer 1698 who was extrremely rude and incompetent!!!!! I am taking my business elsewhere. I would never recommend them!!!! more

Our automobile loan is through Coastal Federal Credit Union and ever since it SUCKS!!! I hate this place, the people are not friendly and they DO NOT work you on anything. Fortunately we have outstanding credit but this place is beyond HORRIBLE! I will tell every person I know about this place and to not even look in their direction. more

Hmmm 2/22/2006

My car loans was through coastal and it was for 12% which is HORRIBLE, 6 mo later I totalled my car and got a loan for 4% from state employees so ihave think it was a credit union issue not my credit taht gave me the sucky interest rate. This place is kinda dingy inside, and the line moves VERY slowly. I feel like im at wal-mart rather than a bank. more

This branch location has a convenient drive-thru service for its customers. Members can purchase discount tickets for Biltmore Estate and other attractions through the credit union. more
