From the moment I walked in the door, the staff and doctor was nothing but attentive to my concerns about my vision. They listened to my desire to try new lenses when other doctors wouldn't, and now my vision is the best it's been in years! Worth the drive to Ocoee to receive such excellent care! more

Going here is a treat. And that's hard to say about most doctors. The staff, from your initial greeting at the desk, to the initial tests, to you paying the bill on exit is the most friendly and helpful I have ever seen at a doctor's office. Office staff greets you by your first name when you walk in. Assistances and Doctor makes you feel like you are their only patient. I feel safe and well cared for with the office staff. more

Another appointment--- 11/16/2011

Not just another appointment--each and every time I visit Coan Eye Care one word comes to mind "Care". Everyone from the Doctors and the staff really "Care" about you and your eyes. They do everthing to provide the best "Care" possible. Even today--a day after my appointment I received a phone call because someone "cared" enough to call and to see how I was doing since they did not see me yesterday. Thank you--thats means a lot to me. You are the BEST!! more

It took 6 visits to get my contact prescription correct. I needed one emergency visit and they worked me in as soon as I showed up. Every member of the staff is warm and welcomming. I will nevr go any place else. Their prices even beat Sam's Club optical prices. I could not be happier They go above and beyond! more

my eye appointment experience 11/13/2011

I was treated with respect and the experience was done in a timely manor. My concern was that I didn't see an actual doctor until my exam was almost over. I was treated by an understudy, that concerned me. Even though she seemed to do what the actual doctor would do. I had to ask her, where was Dr.Cohen, and she proceeded to tell me of her degree's. The other day thing was when I choose my new glasses fram's, the sales man, was trying to sell me all kinds of extra's on my lense. I don't like to feel pressered to buy extra, ulta protection, or transion lense, or scrach protection, etc, etc... Over all I like the office, but we will see. Sincerly more

Great Care 11/12/2011

I have been tired of a snooty office where it seems as though your care was given by kids in High School then a quick look at by an Optician then escorted away to a heavy sales pitch like at a car dealership. Coan has the appearance of upscale without being snooty. The staff have been pleasant and thorough. My wife, myself and my daughter have all just recently switched over to Coan's and we all like it very much. I have an issue paying large sums of money for eyeglasses and I was pleasantly surprised that the prices were better than competitive. There was no heavy sales pitch and I did not feel like I was being herded through the office. We will place Coan's on our annual To Do List. more

The staff was very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. They asked lots of questions and gave quality care. The only down side was the amount of time I was in the office. My appointment was on a Saturday it was the first appointment of the day and it was my first time there, that may have been why it took so long. I arrived at 7:30am and did not leave the office until 10am. more

I am always amazed that everyone remembers me by name and greet me when I arrive. It really makes me feel very special. I arrive early for my appointment and am taken back for my appointment as soon as possible. I reccommend Coan Eye Care to everyone that will listen to me. more
