Great place to be on a Friday, with Ladies free until 11:00 and 75 cent drink specials. It starts getting crowded around 11:30 - 12:00. I recommend this place to anyone who want to have a have a great time and great drinks. Pros: music, people, drinks Cons: crowded more

This place is for the Latino group in Houston. I went on Friday night while 104.9 was there and I must say that it is definatley the "Club Scene". I believe that it was way to many people there. They should expand. And another downer is that the DJ kept playing Latino Music, and the same one at that! I would go again, I had fun dancing, but there is way too many people there for me. It is an ok place to go if you really just want to dance. It does have pretty good music and it has a nice atmosphere, but it is too smokey. I don't live in Houston so I check out the rating of different clubs before head out for a fun nights with friends and Roxy came up as a great place to go. The parking is good and the cover was $10, so it wasn't too bad in the beginning. Drinks are a bit expensive and there is a strict dress code. Then things go downhill as fights start, overcrowded, and people having sex on the dance floor!!!! It's just not a place to go dancing, more like meat market. I will never go there again. I LOVED THE CROWED AND THE DRINKS WERE MADE REAL WELL. BUT THE DJ COULD HAVE PLAYED NEWER SONGS INSTEAD OF ONES PEOPLE HARDLY HEAR ANYMORE. ALSO KIND OF BORING MIXING. From begining to end the ROXY is a great Experience...Good Parking,Killer Staff and definetly Houstons Hottest D.J.'s!Kamikazi is Killin Em on Sat. Nights.He's playing everything and keeping it fresh. The Roxy is pretty bad ass on Saturdays. It plays a variety of music from hip-hop to rave. A little something for everyone. Only problem is, it gets too crowded. Pros: good music, good crowd Cons: too crowded, long line more

I go to the Roxy on Tues and Sats. Everytime my friends and I have a blast! There is plenty of free parking in the back. The drinks are dirt cheap and theres always something going on! The staff treats me and my friends like VIP everytime! The bartenders are really fast, they can get pretty busy and they make like 30 drinks at a time. The music is great, you never know what the DJ is going to play next! We have been going here for a long time, and we have tried the other clubs, but we always seem to go back to the Roxy. I cannot beleive you thought the Roxy sucked when Dirty Vegas performed. Not only did the perform for over two hours, the crowd really dug them and everybody was dancing! About the parking, not only is there vallet but a large two-story parking garage, ample parking!!!! This is the night of Dirty Vegas, I was hyped since I've heard alot of positive things about this establishment. The bounce debated for exactly one minute weither to let me in or not, even though I was dressed to Impress. There are no three levels just a small dance floor dug into the primary floor, and the second level is quite small like a balcony. I staied there 5 seconds at 20 bucks to enter and i already wanted to leave and i did. Nice and decent music but strict dress code and extremely pretencious. The parking lot should be extended into the roxy club itself and a parking lot should be built across the street. Shop around. I went to the Roxy for the first time in 2 years, and I have to say it totally sucked. It was overpriced, over-crowded and the music was obviouslly not keeping anyones attention. Nobody on the dance floor was even dancing, except the 2 girls with the damn glow sticks.
