Climatech HVAC 1/24/2013

We called Climatech because a company they purchased was the one who did the original HVAC work on our house when it was being built. Randy L. called before he arrived and was extremely courteous. We explained what our problem was and he checked it out completely. We asked him about a contract with Climatech and he explained the contract to us. He was very honest in his assessment of what to do, and probably saved us a lot of money. We are completely satisfied and pleased with the service we received. Randy is a great representative for his company. Yes we did get a service contract. more

Kent was very friendly and more important, very knowledgeable about how to fix our Htg problem. He completed the repair quickly and explained what had happened. Definetly a company I would recommend..Thanks! more

Cliff B. from Climatech was timely and did a great job on our annual maintenance. He asked questions before beginnng our maintenance and did a thorough review of our system. Cliff did find an issue with our system that was related to a concern we had and offered a solution which met our expectations. more

Jerry B. showed up on time (a few minutes early). He was very friendly and serviced our heating system. We had some questions about the system and he answered them to our satisfaction. He also gave us advice on how to get the most benefit from the system in our home. more

Would not recommend 8/28/2012

Worker was on time and nice but prices were way to high. They quoted me a price of $800-$1000 dollars to repair. They recommended a new unit. I got a second opinion because it did not sound right. My total service bill was $350 with another company. Every part climatech listed to replace was well over twice the price from the other A/C company. more
