George came after we called with a broken pipe in the basement. He was there within an hour and completed the work efficiently and smoothly. Very professional.

Heater Repair 3/8/2017

My Heater started going out on me, I called Climate Control Co. The send Ben a technician who was very nice and got my heater going again. I will use CCC again. Thank You more

annual service 11/25/2015

When I scheduled my annual service with Climate Control Company I was given a three hour window. Will G called 30 minutes prior to his arrival which I appreciate. He arrived on time and was very professional. Although the appointment was for annual service he took the extra time to troubleshoot a problem with a thorough explanation of his findings. The furnace is working great and I would definitely recommend Will G and Climate Control Company. more

Just a super vendir 11/17/2015

The value of a vendor (especially one that provides a required service - keeping us warm in the winter) is not measured when things go automatically well. Rather, with Climate Control it was things went wrong and misunderstood. In our case, Climate Control (from owner through receptionist listened and took our problem seriously and did everything to make sure the relationship was both ways. Again, would recommend Climate Control (both professional and PERSONAL). Again, thanking them for their concern and actions. more

Routine service visit 10/10/2015

This was a routine service visit to winterize our evaporative cooler. CCC did the original install and we trust them to perform the required semi-annual service. It has been a great unit and we have experienced no problems.. Rich is a nice guy and has been here before for service calls. He knows where everything is so of the job went smoothly as usual. CCC and perhaps Rich will be back in the late spring to get the cooler back up and running for the summer. more
