I took my father to this Casino / Hotel for his 86th birthday. The following morning he collapsed in the casino. My father did receive medical treatment however, I received little to no help from the staff. While my father was lying bleeding on the casino floor I made several requests that someone call my brother. I was told I would have to leave may father, go outside and call myself. In an extreme display of rudeness? security found it appropriate to have a conversation with facility staff about getting the bl**d out of the carpet while my father was lying just feet away. They would not assist in arranging transportation back from the hospital so I was not able to go in the ambulance with my father. They would not even take me back to my room / car so that I may follow the ambulance. I had to wait at the shuttle stand or walk. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told no one was willing to speak with me. Staff never enquired as to my father?s well-being when I returned /checked out. I was not even asked if I would need the room for another night under the circumstances. Mind you the hotel was practically empty. Not only would I not recommend this destination I would strongly advise against it.
