My daughter who is 7 was very scared to go and says, ""I felt very good about it"" after meeting the staff who was very friendly. They made all of us feel comfortable there. My daughter said she would be ""mad"" if she had to get braces, however, after the staff explained everything, the why, and how cool it can be she nwo is asking ""Can I get my braces tomorrow?"" so her mouth can feel better. We look forward to being part of their family and have already recommended them.\r more

Clements Ortho was recommended to us for braces for our boys but I almost want braces myself so we can keep going in. We are always welcomes once we walk in the door like friends. I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a good orthodontist. Child AND adult.\r more

Dr. Karen Clements and her staff provide excellent orthodontic care! The entire staff is knowledgeable as well as friendly and welcoming. Our son has always been treated very well. His care received is thorough, and we are always reminded what to expect following any changes. Younger siblings are well entertained in the Kirkland office waiting area, between books, magazines and tropical fish- and right now a clever easter egg scavenger hunt to keep them occupied. The friendly staff at this orthodontics office will treat your teeth well. When you walk in, you are welcomed warmly by sweet smiles and friendly voices. Your appointment times are observed to within a few minutes. The environment you experience while your teeth are being worked on gives you a feeling of safety and professionalism. By the orthodontists actions and language you can tell that they know what they're doing. After several years of attending this office, I know that my teeth will be healthier and last longer than ever possible without my treatment here. I know the treatment is expensive, but if you try to find a more reasonable price somewhere else, you will fail. From the minute you walk in the door to the moment you leave, the folks at Dr. Clements' office are friendly, energentic and funny! There hasn't been a time I've walked in there without sharing a laugh or a story with someone behind the desk. The efficiency of the office allows me to spend minimal time there which is helpful when scheduling those appointments right before school or between soccer practices. However, the time spent is relaxed and enjoyable. Both of my children have had positive experiences with all of the staff in this clinic. There is a reason why I am having my second daughter come to this office. My oldest is coming to the end of Phase I treatment and my youngest is now just starting Phase I. The staff is great and friendly. The office is always clean and organized. I always get calls back if I leave messages. They work with you on payments and treatment course. Dr. Clements is great with the kids and patients with worried parents. I strongly recommend if your child needs braces to come here. more
