I Love It!! 11/28/2010

I have both the mobile usb for my laptop and the modem for my home and I ABSOLUTELY love it!! I never have problems with the service..Not sure what is going on in Jacksonville, but I am in Atlanta and the service is Fabulous! Was able to get rid of Comcast and save myself alot of dollars. I hooked the modem into a wireless router and my whole house became a hotspot...Love it and will recommend to anyone! more

Clear Internet is awesome! I've had it since it first came out and I have been more than satisfied with the service. I run and E-commerce business and I have never had a faster mobile Internet, I can work from anywhere within the city! more

Meh. I got it and had it for less than a week before I decided to cancel. I live in close-in SE, and got the top of the line, $40 a month package, which was supposed to be the fastest. But from the beginning, the modem had issues with connectivity - and then once I got a connection, it was sloooow. Websites which are video-heavy, such as YouTube and Hulu, it seems to have problems with loading in under five minutes. more

I had my Clear Wimax a month ago and I am contented with the speed. I'm hooked up with the 6Mbps plan and I am only getting 4Mbps. I am fine with it thought it still is fast. Clear internet service just needs to improve more when it comes to technical support. more

Cancel Clear 11/3/2010

I just cancelled my service with Clear Wireless in Houston Texas. To me it's the worst service ever. They will led you to believe that they have services in a particular area on a 3G network tru Sprint or any other provider but its a BIG LIE. they run a scam and get you to pay pro rated amount even when you want to cancel, which to them is a money at hand, right. I will advise anyone that wants to buy a Broadband service to stay clear of Clear wireless product. more

Clear is an excellent 11/1/2010

Clear is an excellent option for providing broadband Internet service at home or away from home. I'm using the home version of the Clear modem as I write this, and have been very happy with the quality of the service and extreme ease of setup?I used the mobile connection in several locations across the Las Vegas Valley, including an area in the farthest southeast corner. The signal was consistently strong, with speeds at 4 megabits per second and higher. I watched online video and uploaded pictures to photo sharing sites easily. more
