They won't refund your money and I had to change my debit card so they couldn't charge me for service I NEVER received and has since sent back the modem!!

Consistent Clear signal 11/28/2010

I opted for Clear Internet Service and Clear Voice for our home. The combo price, even after the special rate expires will save us $20/month. I replaced Earthlink and the most basic AT&T land line service. We get 3 or 4 bars of Clear signal consistently in our East Point neighborhood. more

most satisfying 11/23/2010

CLEAR has turned out to be the most satisfying internet provider I have had to deal with. Start-up was a breeze, and the connection is never less than perfect, no matter where I am operating from. more

called EVERY DAY and complained about my speed 11/7/2010

I just canceled my Clear service for the same reasons that Lani mentions. Since I work on the Internet all day, I CAN?T lose internet when a butterfly passes by. And I?m supposedly surrounded by two towers. Lani: I called EVERY DAY and complained about my speed until they finally let me out of my contract. more

I like CLEAR service 11/3/2010

The home service is 6 mg the 4g"" to go"" runs 1-2 mg, both download speeds. I like the service. I got the ""to go"" service and home for the same cost as Comcast Home. The home speed is as fast as Comcast with less congestion issues. My Comcast router needed to be reset at least once a week. I do not have the same issue with Clear. more

I have had Clear now for the better part of the year, and my 11/2/2010

I have had Clear now for the better part of the year, and my impression of the service and the company is negative. My advice to all is to stay away from Clear. I can NOT recommend it to others. more

I use CLEAR 10/29/2010

I use CLEAR all over Atlanta - at the car wash, at the doctor?s office, when I am stuck in traffic and all night at home! Wasted time is a thing of the past. My old broadband provider was more expensive and couldn?t follow me wherever I go! more
