We are sorry you feel that way MC, but let me set the record straight.
First off, you say you were happy with us for 5 years...we must have been doing something right. Our prices, just like everyone elses, rise with inflation so that we can stay open to serve you. Given the tough economy, we have not raised our prices in over a year because we realize how difficult it has been on everyone.
We LOVE questions from our clients. How else can you make an informed decision on treatment options unless we answer every one of your questions. If we tell you something is necessary, it IS NECESSARY for the best health of your pet. You can always seek a 2nd opinion if you disagree.
We will write a prescription for any drug your pet needs as long as we have performed an examination on your pet in the past 12 months. We do not charge a fee to write a prescription.
We require payment in full at the time services are rendered, but we will help provide whatever info you need to file insurance with your carrier. Also, if you are unable to pay in full, we do offer Care Credit as a payment (financing) alternative.
