Excellent work 7/10/2007

I'm surprised to read the previous review of Class Act. We started using Class Act after we saw the wonderful job they did for our neighbors. The landscaping they put in for us 2 years ago is looking great and is growing in nicely. We've had many compliments from neighbors in our development. Tom from Class Act really knows what he's doing and we are going to have them put another bed in soon. I feel bad for the previous reviewer but I just wanted to share our positive experience with Class Act as well. Pros: looks great! more

Terrible customer service 6/19/2007

We had Class Act do a $9000 landscaping job last year. Several of the plants died within a few weeks and the mulch that we were told would not wash away did. We made many calls to the owner, and when the calls were finally returned we were told they would replace the plants. It has now been over a year and the plants and mulch problems have not been taken care of yet. They have never come back to our home and do not return our phone calls. The service we have received from this company has been horrible and I think we have been more than patient with them. I would not recommend them to anyone. If a company can't follow through on their promises then they shouldn't make them. more
