What is the regulation of a Food Service Management Official who does not listen to other co-workers about certain foods and alcoholic products and allergic reactions such as foods like peanuts and peanut butter that lead to skin reactions and other miscallenous reactions? This is my first time message about a health code violation or a rule in the book about thinking that this particular man knows everything about the subjects but does not have to listen to other management officials?
