On Nov. 11 I took my Kia forte 2012 to have it service the air conditioner that's not working and Mr. Hector helped me out took car to service 6 hours after he comes back to me and tells me he has to send for part that's damaged and that he should receive in no later 3 day said ok.Told him wont be able to bring it back until next Monday that a friend of mind is off cause I have to work and says perfect we will be waiting next Monday Nov. 18th at 10. I wanted to reconfirm and called service yesterday and a gent name Joshua answer the phone ask for my cell num and gave it said Edgar I don't have no inf that you had come last Monday but hector is no longer with the company and told him you think its fair that I have to take car back because of irresponsibility of your employees and replies to me shit happens Edgar, I got so upset ask to speak with manager, Joshua had me on hold for 33 min and had to hang up cause I was on lunch and my lunch was over called back on my company phone said manager is busy with other customer and took my num and will call you when he has a chance said ok. manager calls me 2 hours after and tells me that I could bring it in again and have it service to see what's happening to your ac and ask him you don't even know the tech that inspected my car when I took it last Monday and they had it for 6 hour, Val replied we don't have no info you veh was here so when could you come in again, told him on Monday the 18th at 10. I ask val now I have to spend money in gas living in Poinciana to have it inspected again and whos gonna pay my gas, he replied we don't pay gas, told my friend will be there on the 18th at 10am. As a matter of fact make sure that you really want to buy a Kia cause I took it to have it trade in after almost 2 years and I paid for this Forte ex over 22k and not even 2 years of use is only valued as 9000 to 9500 and have been told that kia and Hyundai loses over 50% of the value make sure you want a kia and have had it appraised by City Kia it self.
