On Nov. 11 I took my Kia forte 2012 to have it service the air conditioner that's not working and Mr. Hector helped me out took car to service 6 hours after he comes back to me and tells me he has to send for part that's damaged and that he should receive in no later 3 day said ok.Told him wont be able to bring it back until next Monday that a friend of mind is off cause I have to work and says perfect we will be waiting next Monday Nov. 18th at 10. I wanted to reconfirm and called service yesterday and a gent name Joshua answer the phone ask for my cell num and gave it said Edgar I don't have no inf that you had come last Monday but hector is no longer with the company and told him you think its fair that I have to take car back because of irresponsibility of your employees and replies to me shit happens Edgar, I got so upset ask to speak with manager, Joshua had me on hold for 33 min and had to hang up cause I was on lunch and my lunch was over called back on my company phone said manager is busy with other customer and took my num and will call you when he has a chance said ok. manager calls me 2 hours after and tells me that I could bring it in again and have it service to see what's happening to your ac and ask him you don't even know the tech that inspected my car when I took it last Monday and they had it for 6 hour, Val replied we don't have no info you veh was here so when could you come in again, told him on Monday the 18th at 10. I ask val now I have to spend money in gas living in Poinciana to have it inspected again and whos gonna pay my gas, he replied we don't pay gas, told my friend will be there on the 18th at 10am. As a matter of fact make sure that you really want to buy a Kia cause I took it to have it trade in after almost 2 years and I paid for this Forte ex over 22k and not even 2 years of use is only valued as 9000 to 9500 and have been told that kia and Hyundai loses over 50% of the value make sure you want a kia and have had it appraised by City Kia it self. more

We came to check Greater Orlando City Kia for what deal you guys could do for us. On the way to Kia West, which we felt very uneasy about the price and monthly payment. John Arroyo sat us down and explained everything. 0 down monthly payment lowered. We saved about $10,000 or maybe more we felt very comfortable and stress-free. We bought a new Soul for my wife???s son. We drove it to Tennessee to give it to him. We drove 75 all the way and got 31+ mpg. We rode to Pigeon Forge with 4 adults and a baby. Plenty of room. Thanks for a pleasant sale and delivery. more

I contact the dealer on Monday and Talked to Jeremy. I wanted to be sure if I came in from Kissimmee on the bus that I would be leaving in a vehicle. Jeremy guaranteed that this would happen. Came in today(Wednesday) I was looking at 3 different models and Jeremy was able to get me into a new Kia Forte with no pressure and held to his promise. He was very concerned and was more than willing to ensure I would get a good vehicle to fit my needs. After filling out all the paperwork, he was able to get a clear idea of what vehicle I could get and picked out a very nice one. I was totally impressed with his service and professionalism. Even the Finance specialist Dustin was quick and to the point and kept my monthly payments right within my requested range. This dealership has an easy going and relaxed environment as you could see how all the personnel there had huge smiles and always talked to you while you were waiting. I would never go to Kia of Orlando because they tell you one thing on the phone and then cannot keep their promise. City Kia is just the opposite. What they tell you on the phone is the truth and do not push you into buying something you do not want. I have been buying cars for many years and by far this has been the nest experience I have had with a dealership and Jeremy was a model to all over sales personnel to follow. more

?I Recommend City KIA.? Those words have never been spoken by me before regarding any dealership. And this is my 6th new car experience. When asked to rate my experience from 1 to 10 (being best) I answered with an ?11.? Nothing could have been done to make my experience better. I absolutely got everything I wanted. I wanted to take an opportunity to let you know the outstanding\r service I received from Tony, my Service Advisor, during my service\r visit recently. I had an intermittent problem with my optima sx\r losing turbo power at cold start up. He was very helpful in making it\r convenient to bring the vehicle in for service. Once they duplicated\r the problem, he got me a loaner vehicle and had the issue fixed by the\r next morning.
