I had a heating and air system installed in my house about 3 years ago. I had several estimates. The guy from City Heating and Air was the most knowledgeable and didn't try to "sell" me. Although they weren't the cheapest, (but not the most expensive either) I was most impressed with their expertese. I have been very happy with the system and City. more

This Company installed a very technically challenging Geo-thermal Heating and cooling system in my home. They were professional from day one and always showed up as scheduled. Their extensive knowledge regarding the installation was impressive and the owner of the company was more than willing to work with us to maximize the efficiency of our system. I can truly recommend this company to anyone. For someone wanting a basic heat pump to someone looking for a more extensive geothermal heating and cooling system, I feel confident City Heating and Air will provide professional service. HVAC system is only 4+ years old but we have had constant problems with it since we purchased our home. ICBM board was not properly wired for the zones. Now the blower will not turn off. City Heat and Air does send techs out but will not pinpoint a time of day for their arrival. Have not yet had a problem that was resolved with one tech visit. The first time took 3 visits. This time it's three and counting. No apologies from company for poor quality of system. or for the constant rearranging of my schedule to meet theirs due to their inability to pinpoint the problem with one trip. And, of course, every trip out is a new labor charge. Would not recommend this company. JFLCA more
