City Bicycle Works

I would NOT recommend this miserable excuse of bicycle store to anyone!!! While some of the employees are decent individuals the owner, Jess, is lacking in all aspects involved in customer service and relations. I am not the type of person who post reviews. I like to believe in the benefit of doubt that people can make mistakes. Jess demonstrated today what I believe to be an incredible disservice to the establishment. Insulting patrons is only the tip of the iceberg. Neglecting respect towards others is absolutely absurd. Maybe for some this is not grounds for rejecting a business. However, personally, I would rather patron a business that takes pride in values that I consider a sound business structure. If it were possible to award this business with negative star's, in this case, it would be appropriate. more

I frequently have a flat tire on my bike and have to have them fix it. They are pretty fast and get you out and on your way. They have good sales where you can get some cheap gear. I reccomend to anyone living downtown PROS: good bargan CONS: none more

The staff at this shop was very helpful and friendly - they were very knowledgeable with their products and assisted us in choosing the best bikes for us. The store was clean and had a great variety of items. We bought several items and were offered a great package deal. Prices on some items may be a bit pricey but it's worth it if you're looking for great customer service and a one stop shop. more

They have a wide assortment of mountain bikes. The staff was very helpful in finding a bike that would fit my size. The store has different bike accessories and gear. The staff is very informative about great places ot go biking. Parking is limited. You have to park on the street. The weekend is the best time to go. more
