Poor service! Trying to return my lease. I have been calling since Sunday to set up return and no one has called me back. It is now Tuesday. Service told me just bring it in with keys and all books and someone will be there. I told them I would be in at 7:30 pm. It was fine. When I got there, Steve and Dave were gone. I ask to leave the car on lot and I will be back tomorrow because I only could get ride home today. They said no! I had to take my car off the lot and bring it back tomorrow. I tried to explain I couldn't get a ride tomorrow. They didn't care to listen, just saying Mame, Mame, Mame you have to remove your car. Buy at Edison not Circle. Nasty sales poeple! more

Poor sales service 4/25/2012

Finally found the car and wanted to buy. Car was still under warranty. I asked and was promised that a fairly minor issue would be addressed prior to delivery. Day of deluvery got run around never addressed. I oerson said parts ordered to fix manager said. Could not find problem! Then computer said 800 miles till service when inquired they reset computer without addressing anything! So niw what? Did car need service, guess we never know. Good luck to whoever finally buys. Sketchy service record are not good more

Excellent Service 3/7/2007

I recently purchased a 2007 525i from Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ. I have purchased several other high performance vehicles from area dealerships for years and have never had such a pleasant experience than with the folks at Circle. My saleswoman Tatihana Carrasco was courteous, informed and professional. The sales manager Mr. Rudkin introduced himself and thanked me for my business and Mr. DeFelice, the owner, sent me a thank you card. I have referred several friends to the dealership already and will continue to do so. Circle BMW - thank you. more

Circle BMW Dealership Review - Great experience with my 2007 X5 3/5/2007

I just leased a 2007 BMW X5 from Circle BMW and I am very happy with the car and the experience at the Circle BMW dealership. The staff was friendly and professional. Brian Valentine, their delivery guy, took a great deal of time to go over the car with me. He did a great job going over all the features on the X5 and setup my Blackberry phone with the integrated Bluetooth system. After a few weeks of driving the X5, I have come to enjoy the navigation system as well as Sirius radio channel 14; Classic Vinyl. Very Rude People 2/22/2007

The sales people at this place are just rude. They make snide remarks and are very condescending. I would pay whatever it is to get a Benz instead of working with this sales team. Cons: Sales People more
