My first cell phone was through T-Mobile and man am I glad I only had a one year contract! I had nothing but problems with my phone, my service, and the customer service operators. I had dropped calls on a daily basis, could not get service inside my house, and no issue was ever solved. For one year I fought with T-Mobile to get something done, a new phone, credit for my troubles, anything, but alas nothing. So about 6 weeks before my contract was up I started comparing other phone providers. After much deliberation we switched to Cingular. With Cingular our bill is about $30 higher, but we have Roll Over and I have not had more than a couple of problems. My husbands phone thought kept breaking and after the 3rd phone they upgraded him to the Razor free of charge. Since receiving his new phone he has had no issues. The few times that I have had dropped calls I have called Cingular and they immediately apologize and offer a small credit on my bill. I am so pleased with Cingular service and their customer service that when my contract is up there is no doubt I will renew.
