I grew up in area surrounding the mall years ago. At the time, it was fine. Not so now. I would like to point out that the neighborhood surrounding the mall has changed quite a bit, however,, this is not to say it was a GREAT neighborhood/ area to begin with. The mall was once called Northline Mall. The name change, remodel, etc.. has not improved the quality of service or the quality of individuals that are employed there. Consider the area of town.. do you really want to put your car or person at risk by shopping there? I should think not. Pros: No competition for parking. Cons: Unfriendly, Unsafe atmosphere. more

This place use to be northline mall now its northline commons either way it is still a horrible place to shop. All the stores at different locations makes it inconvenient to shop at; you have to get back in your car and drive to the next store or walk through the parking lots. The idoits who redisigned this place did not leave enough parking for the smaller retail shops so you have to park far. Also it is very confusing to drive through, there are no clear signs on which way you can turn or stop signs, almost been hi t a few times by the geniuses who shop there. I used to go there becasue it was close to my work but I am not going there anymore. I have also noticed that because it's in a lower inocome neighborhood the employees there treat customers like cra p. Here's a tip if any managers or store owners are reading this: Teach your employees some bloody manners and a lesson on how to treat customers. So if your looking for a good shopping experience look elswhere. Pros: there is always parking because not a lot shops there. Cons: bad design, bad customer service, bad area, if your car is expensive don't take it here. more
