Dr. Chui has treated my children and many of their friends. I can tell you that her results are superb and they last!!! She was honest, caring and very thorough. She greatly improved my daughter's look and her jaws are now balanced. I am very grateful for what she had done for her. I can pick out her patients in a group. They just look better. It is true that she ask her patients to work hard, but it yield the results you cannot get otherwise. I have witnessed so many talks she gives tirlessly to uncooperative patients. The kids are lucky that she cares about them. I am glad that I can stand up for her and tell the truth, She is great. more

I like this dentist. She and her staff are very professional. Her results can be found on thousands of kids who have grown-up in the community. This orthodontist understands the meaning of appointments. She won't overbook and force patients to sit long after their appointed time. I highly recommend this orthodontist. more

I am totally surprised by the reviews I have read on this site. Maybe only people who are not happy take time to write reviews?!! I do not want to see people smear her name. It is so untrue! My children were treated by Dr. Chui, and I don't agree with any of the other reviews. I have known her for a while now after her treatment of my children. These other people say that she is "egotistical", "rude", "outdated", and "overly expensive". ALL OF THESE ARE NOT VALID! Firstly, egotistical? Please, you people are NOT orthodontists so do not presume that you know what you are talking about. She may be quite forceful at times, but that is because she knows what is best for her patients. Also, to the parents that feel as if that she is rude with the children, it simply is not true. If you've been in the office, you know how many patients she is seeing. Cut the doctor a break. She is only stern with the children because she needs them to cooperate and do as she says so that the treatment will yield the best possible results. I know that my children didn't want to wear her rubber bands, but Dr. Chui forced her to and now the results are spectacular. For the person who thinks Dr. Chui is outdated, she is in no way so. She goes to continued education classes and she does apply these new techniques. I am willing to bet the people who believe she is outdated was told that she did not want to use invisalign on his/her child. This is because invisalign is not as adaptable as normal braces, IT IS FOR THE WELL BEING OF THE PATIENT not to be outdated. Severe cases have to be treated with the strongest methods. As for the pricing of her treatments, if you think she is expensive, it is because she provides the highest level of patient care possible. Don't bash the doctor just because you cannot afford it. Also, using her husband as a shield to say that she should lower her prices is ridiculous. Her husband is a general dentist. Overall, I think this orthodontist is a great one and I highly recommend her. I would not listen to these other reviews as they do not offer any evidence of how she was faulted in any of the aforementioned ways. My son always feels cared for and comfortable while having his teeth attended to by Dr. Chui and her staff. Everyone is always friendly, professional and attentive. We are blessed to have found such a wonderful person to act as his orthodontist. more

You have made what could be a scary and painful experience, thoroughly enjoyable!!:) I remember (and was so impressed) with Dr. Chui's practice in comforting Delaney when she first received her expander.
