Our party waited for 2.5 hours to be seated even though my friend had called ahead to make reservations and got there 30 minutes early. The hostess kept sitting people down in areas that tables could have been put together, and she seemed about as smart as a bag of rocks. The food was okay. Some of it was cold. The manager did give us free chips and salsa because we complained so much so that was nice, however I don't think we'll be going back there again. more

Cold, rubbery, tasteless, bland, serve yourself, remove glasses yourself, and watch as a team member sits with guests who receive everything at their table in ten minutes. The chocolate SHAKES 6/29/2009

Just so people know, chilis recently are now making fake chocolate shakes. AND beware that probably a LOT of restaurants do this! Real chocolate lovers would be disgusted at this growing trend.
