I went for an alignment and they did not correct the problem at all. I came back a few hours later, and told me they could not take me that day, that i had to come back another day. I went the following day, and they had to courage to tell me that I had to wait for another 4 cars to be fixed to get to mine, in other words, they pretended to put me back inline, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, and take me immediately, as all professional business would do.\r

Both managers Jonathan and Jamal from the other branch were spiteful. They did not want to refund my money, either.\r

Please don't make the mistake to take your car to this place!!! They don't do a good job, and afterwards they don't take responsibility for it. If this is for an alignment, what can we expect for something more serious.\r

I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
