I ordered two chef knives online and requested expedited shipping. After waiting with no response for 4 days other than my confirmation, so I called. The man that answered told me that they don't carry the products that I ordered, when he realized I was pronouncing the name wrong, he said they were out of stock. I said ""why wasn't I notified? What kind of business is this?"" He then said ""obviously a shitty one"" and hung up the phone. I called back to tell him to cancel my order and he said it was already done. I said are you going to credit back my credit card? He said it had not even been processed and he would go to the website and cancel my order. Wow, that is about as bad as it can get.
