Cheddar's Casual Cafe

This is my favorite restaurant in Tulsa, I have been there probably more than 50 times and it is great every time. If you are with friends, there is a casual bar/sports bar area. If your with the family, there is a more subtle quiet area to eat. The food is excellent, have never been disappointed - the SPINACH DIP is AWESOME. The waiters are always friendly and the evening dinner wait is not bad. Even if you do have to wait, there is a courtyard to relax. Prices are very affordable, and portions are large. I recommend Cheddars to anyone. more

This is one of my all time favorite restaurants. You can get in and out for a great price, and appetizer's are cheap! I recommend the spinach dip - it's under $4 and feeds a full table. There service is good, and the food is excellent. The only downfall is that, at certain times, it can be VERY noisy. Don't bring your elderly, hearing impaired grandparents. more

Cheddars is a good all-around restaurant for the price. They have the atmosphere of a more expensive restaurant, but the prices are $3-$4 less per entrée. My favorite is the Spinach Artichoke dip... not the best I've ever had, but who's going to complain for $3.75 (that's NOT a happy hour special... it's all day). Entrées are good sized, but not enormous. Plan on a to-go box, but they're probably not big enough to split. But almost nothing on their menu is over $12, with the average entrée being about $8-$9. A great, cheap place for a date, or a night out with friends. Be warned... they make their money on drinks. Don't order anything without knowing how much it costs first... I ordered 2 margarita's (thinking I was saving so much money on the food), only to find that they were $8 each. But if you don't drink, or just have one drink it's a great value for the money. more

My guy and I went here one night expecting to get a great meal. We were told we'd have to wait one hour before the meal we'd be seated. My guy, ever so patient (I am not) agreed. We waited patiently I might add. Once we were seated, we ordered cheese sticks for appetizers, and I ordered chicken stips, green beans, and french fries. An hour later, we got the food...my meat wasn't done...I got mashed potatoes...and my green beans were covered in onions....I'm allergic to onions! Needless to say, we didn't stay. more
