Wow... Joanna you can write it down! I always thought CSL was just a bunch of blundering idiots. They called me for over a month collecting on a $34 hospital bill for my grandmother who had passed away (during that hospital stay) and would not leave me alone. I told them it was not my responsiblity but up to her estate. They would not listen. Our entire family received hundreds of phone calls during a terrible time in our lives because of this bill but due to probate we could do nothing. Emotionally it was terrible as well. They are theives, harasser's and no good liars. I wish they would go out of business and get a taste of their own medicine. They are terrible people. more

Good job Marlon. Next time have one of your worthless collection twits proofread it for spelling mistakes and grammatical errors! Then you will just look like an arrogant pig, not a stupid and arrogant pig. Credit Service of Logan is a place to go if you want a bunch of people who are willing to break all laws to collect whatever amount of money you are trying to get. They have never heard of the Fair Debt Collection Practices, make it a habit to call family, friends, employees, and the general public on an hourly basis to the point of harassment, especially when you have requested that they stop. (because you are afraid that you might lose your job-and cannot pay them!) When collecting against a business CSL makes it a common practice to call that businesses vendors and inform them that they are in fact collecting "exaggerated" debts against that company and all outstanding payments should be mailed to CSL. (with or without judgement) This is illegal, against Fair Debt Collection Procedures and defamation of Charactor. When they mail out statements to you, they combine any and all bills that you may owe and assign them under one account--you may get a bill stating you owe Comcast $14,000, for instance. This is illegal. When you ask them for a record of the bills they are collecting on if they have taken you to court and not served you notice, they refuse to mail you paperwork and tell you to go to the courthouse and get the paperwork because it is a matter of public record. They call multiple times a day (over 10) which is against the Fair Debt Collection Act as well. Should I go on? I think not. They operate on the edge of the law. They have a legitimate business, however they do what they do illegally. Someone should stop them from harrassing and defaming people. I would love to see someone that is not an owner or employer give them a raving review on this page, OR anywhere! Someday Credit Service of Logan, you will be sued for all you are worth.
