Wow... Joanna you can write it down!
I always thought CSL was just a bunch of blundering idiots.
They called me for over a month collecting on a $34 hospital bill for my grandmother who had passed away (during that hospital stay) and would not leave me alone.
I told them it was not my responsiblity but up to her estate. They would not listen.
Our entire family received hundreds of phone calls during a terrible time in our lives because of this bill but due to probate we could do nothing. Emotionally it was terrible as well.
They are theives, harasser's and no good liars.
I wish they would go out of business and get a taste of their own medicine. They are terrible people.
