I do not recommend this florist, don't waste your time or money! more

Ordered multi colored Gerber Daisy's and a touch of greens in a vase in the AM. Daughter received the arrangement at 2pm, however, the flowers were Mini Gerbers, not Standard Gerbers as ordered, it also contained tons more greenery than expected as well as baby's breath, which I didn't want or order..\r \r The card that came with the arrangement, said "" We consider every order an obligation to give satisfaction... Please phone AT ONCE if these flowers or plants do not meet your expectation...""\r \r So I called, and oh boy did I get a surprise.\r \r Just awful service, called to get a refund, was given the run around by the owner, told them I would just call mastercard, and was told ""I don't believe you have the gall to do that"". \r \r It's my money not theirs...in the end after some argument they said they would cancel the order and that I should ""never call here again"" and then hung up on me.\r \r So anyhow I would avoid at all cost... order from someone else. more

Chases's did my wedding flowers 39 years ago and their products and services are still the best in the area! Some mornings I stop on my way to work and order flowers to be delivered and sometimes to pick up at 1 when I get out of work. They have NEVER failed to deliver the best arrangements ever. My old Aunts just loves the arrangements. When I say I want something small cause the apartment is little, I get something just right. Just today I ordered a centerpiece for St Patrick's Day and when I picked it up it was perfect. They always listen to what I ask for and creat accordingly. I even received a Happy Birthday mug filled with beautiful mums and carnations that was 2/27 and today 3/16 I finally tossed them. You can't go wrong with Chase's! more
