Well, my first couch worked out beautifully! My second couch is a lemon. First of all, I noticed that one of the back cushions was not quite wide enough, but I let it slide (you could put your fingers between the cushions). Secondly, the couch was returned twice for squeaking and hard cushions. I paid $800.00 extra for the softer cushions, but they were harder than my other couch. Finally, I was told that they had used a different company for these cushions. The back cushions were finally changed out. Lastly, the seat corner cushion never looked right and was uncomfortable. That is because it was supposed to be 30 x 30 inches in size. It took me a while to figure out that it was 28 x 30 inches only. I drove the cushion back to the store (25 miles away) and they exchanged it for the right size. I took two days off of work for them to pick up the couch two separate times (in an open pick up) and I drove the cushion back myself. Although, they were very nice about it, they didn't compensate me at all. :(\r
