I have been with this agency for over 15 yrs. The customer service is wonderful as well as the staff. It is always a nice office to visit. The staff is very experienced, is always availible for questions and will even do anything they can to help you out with a claim. When I first switched to them it was because their car insurance was less than I was paying elsewhere. Now all this time later I am still getting very competative rates but great customer svc in addition. more

Great Agent 7/27/2005

The customer service at this agency is terrific. They are always extremely helpful and pleasant. While I'm not pleased that my rates keep going up, when I have shopped other insurance carriers, State Farm is the lowest. Have never had any problems with claims. more
