I would highly recommend Charles. 11/22/2013

I let my carpets go way too long, so I didn't think Charles would be able to do such a good job on them. I really thought they were beyond all help. Not only did he somehow manage to get everything out, but he also did a great job on my couches. Everything dried especially well on such a hot day, too. That was lucky! more

Charles Mandel was very thorough in his work. He got there on time, brought a helper, and moved things around to get every section of the area that needed to be cleaned. As soon as he got out of his truck, he was ready to go. more

Excellent job! 10/27/2009

Called to confirm. Came on time. Did an excellent job. Our job was small, so Charles generously offered to do extra areas for the minimum fee. He and his assistant were pleasant and neat. Pros: Came on time; did an excellent job on badly stained carpet. Cons: None that I know of. more
