Chapel Ridge at Chenal

PLEASE BELIEVE ME AND*****AVOID THIS PLACE***** Things you won't know until you move in... Chapel Ridge may look ok when you first apply to live here, but you will find out how bad this place is when you move in. They won't tell you about the dangerous parking problem and the fact that there have been multiple break ins. Including the laundry room and club house, and it was so bad that the manager has to only open those facilities during the daytime. If you have a fear of spiders, look elsewhere. There is a ""brown recluse spider problem"". Lizards are all over the place, but the spider problem is something everyone complains about. I was treated for a spider bite, and the manager could care less. Speaking of the manager...You will find that she is rude, trashy, and does nothing but gossip. She does not enforce any of the rules as if she is scared of the residents. This is the reason the area is so bad. Children out unsupervised, they run up and down the complex. They vandalize property and make noise while the residents are trying to rest. There are few quiet areas. I have heard stories of maintenance looking through residents personal items while fixing things in the apartments. If you come in late in the night, I will assure you---you won't have a parking space. You may have to walk a few blocks, and this goes for getting groceries. If I had known these things I would not have moved here and I am waiting, if i can, until my lease expires. PLEASE BELIEVE ME AND*****AVOID THIS PLACE***** more

I absolutely love this place and the staff! They are all so helpful and friendly! I have lived here for over 3 years and highly recommend ChapelRidge! The amenities are awesome as well! Come join the community! more

I have lived at ChapelRidge for 4 years. Love it! Manager is great, maintenance is great. Don't plan on leaving anytime soon. more

I am currently looking for something better and more affordable. This is not the worse place to live, if you are having a hard time, but if you can do better please do. The manager is horrible, rude, unprofessional, a gossiper, and she is trashy. Parking is horrible in front of the first 3 buildings and they don't tell you that there is a parking problem when you first move in. Parking could potentially be dangerous if you come in at the wrong time or have a disability. It is unfair to the residents. Maintenance does not use proper procedure when entering your home, and how can you expect things to get better with the kind of management in charge. If you have no other options, fine, but if you can find anything better___please do. I would also like to add that the apartment wasn't properly cleaned when I first moved in. more

I love Chapelridge Apartments- I've lived here for almost 2 years now and I have nothing bad to say about the property. It's very close to walmart, so I love that. Also, the staff is so friendly and helpful- and they are usually making cookies or some other yummy goodies! MY FAMILY MOVED TO THE COMPLEX JANUARY 2 2009, AND WE'VE HATED EVERY MOMENT. WE'RE BREAKING OUT LEASE AND GETTING THE HELL OUT OF THIS PLACE. THE GROUNDS ARE VERY NASTY , KIDS AND ADULTS STAND OUTSIDE RELIEVING THEMSELVES IT TAKE THEM WEEKS TO REPAIR THINGS, PEOPLE BREAKING INTO APARTMENT.I'M PAYING $810 TO LIVE IN THE HOOD. I'VE LIVED IN 5 DIFFERENT STATES AND 3 DIFFERENT COUNTIES, AND I'VE NEVER LIVED IN A DUMP LIKE CHAPEL RIDGE. Cons: HOOD AND TOO EXPENSIVE more
