I was meeting someone for dinner and they suggested the Channel Cafe. Boy am I glad she did! I feel like I would have never discovered this on my own because it's sort of in a hidden part of town.
Everyone was really friendly and extremely accommodating. Eclectic artwork. A cute little dog walking around. Plenty of good beers to choose from. Delicious menu items. I went with the pulled pork sandwich - it was heavenly. Their fries were perfection.
This gallery turned restaurant (which still has a small gallery inside) has style, charm and a laid back atmosphere. Definitely worth going to! Try their 'burger and a beer' combo on Thursday or Friday nights from 5pm-7pm - choose a sirloin or a veggie burger and any draft beer for $10 - not too shabby!
Pros: Great beer selection, cool artsy vibe, amazing pulled pork
Cons: No cons for me
