Service advisors are wonderful 4/8/2011

I did not purchase my vehicle from Champion but would NOT take it anywhere else for service. Their service advisors are wonderful (John!)and Mr. Falcon's wife even greeted me in the department one day. I have nothing but praise for this dealership and operation until they give me reason for doubt and I do not expect that to happen! more

Great place to buy a vehicle! 4/5/2011

Needed a vehicle in a hurry (ours had just died while leaving for a trip). Told them what we saw on the internet, took us right to the vehicle. Knew the price off hand, how many miles, without having to get a 'price sheet'. Had a great experience, friendly, helpful. Would definitely come back to get another car! more

I work in Customer Service in my position with AT&T and I really saw first- hand from everyone at Champion a 1st rate customer experience. It is one thing to say we are a place that offers great service but everyone I dealt with at Champion went out of their way to provide an awesome experience to both Brian and I. You proved it by going above and beyond for us. Just the fact that everyone was willing to stay and work beyond their working hours to help us shows the dedication and support that you all provided to us. I had several phone calls with John (Lutane) to try and figure out what was wrong with my 2010 Jeep. He was very polite, interested and did not rush me to end the call. Most times when I call someplace I tend to feel like they (men) don't want to waste time telling a female something. made me feel that he cared and was interested in helping me. When I called back to schedule a time to bring my Jeep in. John again took the time and explained the drop box outside so I could leave it before opening hours. Kat was nice enough to come out and take my keys even though it was before 7:00. Later in the afternoon I got a call from John and he explained what was done to my Jeep and I liked the printed profile I received when i picked up my Jeep later in the day. And it was so nice to see my old family friend Bill Boggess working, he is such a nice guy. I chose to come to Champion 1. because of the location, close to my work. 2. A co-worker and his wife purchased a vehicle at Champion recently and gave rave reviews. I will definitely return to Champion, not for the 2 reasons stated above but because i received such wonderful service. Thank you. more

Recently purchased a car from this dealership, and I was so impressed! They didnt try and push me into purchasing anything. (not your average sales team) When I went in for my first oil change they were very friendly in the service department. Quick and painless and they made sure that I was very happy with my experience. All the advisors are very attentive and nowe that Ive been in so many times they even know me by my first name!!!!!!!! Definitely a five star experience!! more

What a great dealership! Earlier this year, I worked directly with Fernando, the Owner, and Rich, the Used Car Manager to find me just the right car - and for a fair price! They were awesome! So awesome, my Mom recently traded vehicles with them... she worked with Anthony. Everyone we've worked with has giving us exceptional service and has catered to what we needed. Also, whenever I need service, Jeff & Don in the Service Department, have given us VIP service! In fact, they just took awesome care of my Aunt who was visiting from NC. Thanks guys! True customer service 12/20/2010

Champion out of the northside of Indianapolis is a great dealer to go to. Whether you need to buy a car or just get service the employees are very nice and friendly. I purchased a used car from a wonderful salesman Brandon Sutton. He truly understood my wants and needs and instead of pressure pressure like most dealers he let's you decide. But he is always there to answer a question or help if I needed it. If you are looking for a vehicle in Indy he is the guy to go see. He will help you threw your purchase process even if you don't buy from him. That is true customer service I would recommend Champion Chrysler Jeep dodge to anyone shopping for a car. And you have to work with Brandon Sutton he will take great care of you. I did not feel pressure or like I needed to take a shower when I left. My new car is great and I have to thank Jon Chamberlain the Used Car Manager for all he has done. Talk to them. Tgey call help with any question. more

Honest and upfront 12/15/2010

With the ecomony as terrible as it is i never thought i would be purchasing a new vehicle. Turns out it was the smartest decision i ever made. The incentives on new cars right now is crazy awesome. Champion was very honest and upfront about what they could do for me. It just so happens that i am now driving a Ram 2500. I never would have bought a truck (with gas the way it is) but if i service my vehicle like WE ALL SHOULD BUT DON""T than my gas bill should be sustainable. The whole experience was actually enjoyable! I plan all doing all further business at Champion. I have sent several family memebers since and we have all recieved the same respect and friendliness. more

Terrible Service and Very Unprofessional 11/5/2010

This will blow your mind. We took our Chrysler 300 in at the end of August because the check engine light came on. They diagnosed it as a coil #1 issue, and changed a coil and charged us 300 bucks. A few days later the check engine light came back on intermittently. We live on the Northeast side of town so it was a few weeks later that we were able to finally make it back in. The same mechanic looked at it and said it is good to go because at that time the light had gone off. So we kept driving it becuase after all the certified mechanic said it was good to go. The light kept going on and off. Finally two weeks ago, we said enough and took it to Midas. They tested it and got a coil #1 error. They popped the hood and noticed a nice new coil in the #2 slot. They explained that the #1 coil was much harder to get to, but did the job and replaced the coil. I then called Champion back and asked them to verify the service that they did on our car in August. They again told me they changed the coil #1. I explained to the very nice service desk lady that they actually changed #2 and asked to speak with the service manager. Unfortunately he was in a meeting so she said she would have him call me back. He never did, the service desk lady called back and told me he said that the mechanic wrote it down wrong and it was really a #2 coil error. Ok, so let's recap. (1) In 2 1/2 months the mechanic remembers this situation exactly and that he wrote down the wrong coil number? (2) The service manager couldn't call me back to tell me this, he had to relinquish the call to the service desk lady. (3) And finally that was the best excuse they could come up with! I mean come on. So needless to say we let it go, but if anything I know they will lose at least one customer because of this. By the way, our car runs perfect now. more

Nice and helpful 11/5/2010

I would like to take a few minute of your time and thank you for all your help today and the last week of trying to get my dodge truck fixed. I know at times things can feel almost impossible to repair and how hard it is to find the problems. I would also like to thank your employee's catt and alvin. they continued to keep me informed of the progress of the repair and and how things were going. i know it's been an unusual problem that no one seems to understand but the work that catt and alvin have done so far go way beyond what i experienced from past service stations and repair shops. you should be proud of those two employee's as well as all of your crew in the service dept. everyone i have come in contact with has gone out of their way to be friendly and very helpful, not only with me but everyone i've watched coming in the four day's i've spent there. again, i thank you and especially catt and alvin for all there help. i will make sure that all my family and friends know just how nice and helpful your dept. has been with me. i also thank you again for providing me with a rental truck while mine is being repaired. more

Kept me informed 10/26/2010

This service department is the most professional, impressively run shop I have ever been in. The service advisor kept me informed through the entire process. He even provided an inspection report card. It provided information on maintenence that had been performed as well as what would be needed in the future. This kind of information helps someone on a budget, (like me), prepare for upcoming expenses my vehicle will require, instead of being blind-sided by them. Champion's prices were very reasonable. You can't beat a $20 oil change! They even washed my car at their on-site carwash. I would recommend this service department to anyone, no matter what make of vehicle they own. Keep up the great work Champion! more

great service with a smile 10/20/2010

I purchased a truck from this dealership recently and was impressed by how well I was treated. I was surprised by how happy everyone seemed. Though they all seemed busy they still took the time to say hello or offer a smile as they passed by. They were willing to listen and took the time to understand all my needs and wants. I also took the opportunity to have my car serviced in there service dept. They looked my vehicle over and provided me with a complete brake down of the work needed and the amount it would cost before the work was preformed. They then only fixed the problems I advised them I wanted them to fix. They also ran my car thru the car wash when they were finished as a courtesy for my business. Talk about great service with a smile! Thanks Champion CJD for the excellent service! Oh and the best thing is there life time warranty on all featured new vehicles. more

Hello! Thank you very much. Brian and I are getting used to our new vehicles. We both really like the Liberty and Dodge trucks we purchased. I would like to say thank you for your quick response to me on Monday when I visited the website. You were very responsive in getting back with me and getting an appointment set up for Brian and I to test drive the vehicles. In addition, I want to thank Ron Stone who was with us from 5pm until after midnight on Monday night. He went on test rides with both Brian and I and survived riding with me. He was also very helpful and did his best in getting me a good deal for my new Liberty. We came in yesterday so I could give him the title to my old vehicle and Ron was very helpful in explaining the vehicle functions to both Brian and I. I also would like to thank Anthony, the Sales Manager. While Ron was working with me on getting everything set up on my Jeep Liberty, Anthony worked with Brian in getting him a good deal on the 2010 Dodge truck. He also stayed past midnight while we were working to finalize Brian's deal. Brian felt that Anthony really went out of his way to work with him in getting a good deal. Then there was Rick in Finance who also stayed past midnight to work out the financing for both Brian and I on our vehicles. He was very helpful and did a great job in getting us set up with the appropriate payment plans and options for our vehicles. He was very helpful and answered questions we had about the process. There were also a few workers that stayed to clean up both new vehicles and get them ready for us to take. They helped with unloading Brian's truck and again stuck around to get the new vehicles ready well past midnight. I am a 61year old customer and have purchased many cars and trucks in my life time. I have also worked at various dealerships around Indy and in Atlanta,GA. Champion does a better job than I have experienced at any other dealership. Champion is a class act, always responding to my needs in a professional and courteous service every time.
