So I've lived here (CHAMBERLAIN MANOR APARTMENTS) for nearly an year and a half, Started paying them a rent of $570(single bedroom) and I was an international student through out this time... and then I see they only charge $520 for new tenants and my buddies who were just coming in for only $490. The management gives you this attitude like they boss you around, right after you sign the lease. every 3 months they come do this pesticide control where they would come in to your apartment not just to do their job, they also start saying stuff like their ur mom... like things are not tidy and start giving you recommendations on how you should live and threaten you by saying they would charge you a fine.. first off... I don't get it, are we in military housing or school dorm? I firmly believe you shouldn't move into this place ever... there are better place in Webster groves! it is not worth your time or money to live here.
