Disgusting, they should be closed down, I will be reporting this to the BBB. Firstly when arriving at the lot we mentioned that we are newbies at this and looking to them for advise. They showed us a few great travel trailers that we liked but did not bother to mention that we would be going up a hill at 10 miles an hour because our car will battle to haul it up, plus chances are it would blow the transmission. Really, we live in Colorado, they completely took advantage of us and did not share that level of information with us. Then when we signed paperwork the price was different than what the sales guy quoted, once again unethical. I would suggest you stay away from these people they are only in it to make money and certainly don't have their customers best interests at heart. They have made this whole experience awful for us and it should have been a fun family experience. The worst is that they are trying to keep us bound to our agreement even though our lawyer made it clear that they have no right to due to their poor business ethics.
