The garage I park in is always clean and well lit. The elevators always work and I feel safe being there. Though somewhat lacking in customer service, I'd still recommend them for the reasons given above. Parking prices are reasonable. They have several garages throughout Baltimore so you are sure to be able to find one that is near where you need to be.
