I found Central Coast Overhead Door through Home Depot. James Cunningham (owner operator) did the install as expected, however, when I had damage occur to one of the door panels he time and time again assured me he would order the parts. After many months of excuses he eventually stopped answering my calls all together. He either didn?t order the parts or there just wasn?t enough money in it for him so he just ignored me. His somewhat unprofessional voice message says he promptly returns all calls-what a joke! He never returns calls and you can seldom if ever talk to him real time. Incidentally his website is as useless with an option to send a note but no way to submit it! There are a number of other garage door providers in Santa Cruz County and I strongly suggest you offer them the work as James doesn?t actually know what real customer service is all about. It is more than just selling you the door it?s also about the follow-up service and long term relationships. Avoid Central Coast Overhead Door at all costs or you will pay in the end when something goes wrong. I would give him ZERO stars but Citysearch doesn?t allow that so I give one star. You'l be sorry if you employ Central Coast Overhead Door Co.
