I had been there previously when it still had a real dining room. Waitress was horrible, We asked what kind of wine they had and she did not konow. "We have various kinds!" Of the 4 meals, 2 were the guiness stew, 1 was bangers & mash. Bread was not brought or offered. Food was the same as always but the service will keep me from returning or recommending this to anyone more

This has become one of my favorite places to dine. They have 3 separate rooms, one for a quieter, more romantic dining experience. The second is a "pub" atmosphere, the third is a "cigar room." The food is outstanding! I've tried most everything on the menu and have been very impressed. The Portabello mushrooms, Irish lamb stew, Guinness Beef Stew, Bangers and Mash, Ham, and Roasted Lamb are my favorites. They have a great selection of beers on tap and a variety of daily specials. I've gone there with my 2 toddlers - they love the food. And I've been there for a romantic anniversary celebration - it's a very versatile restaurant. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable and expedient. Located in Castle Pines, right of I-25, it is a great location. more
