We have used Celestial Care for approximately 7 years to provide 24 hour at home care of my mother. The quality of caregivers is good, professional and cheerful. The owners, Sarah and Joan have been a god send many times. They are always there to help out and answer any questions that may come up. We will continue to use Celestial Care in the years to come. Nobody should do business with this company (Celestial Care). They should not be in business, due to their unprofessional and unethical practices. Their methods of earning clients business are lying, misleading, and manipulating. Some of their employees are on probation for drug/narcotic use and some of them steal from clients homes, and some of them have got caught using client's checkbooks to write checks to themselves. Even after the company found out about these incidents, they didn't terminate the employees, they just reassign them to different cases.One of the stories I heard that the company nurse director (Jim) was hiding in one of their clients bathrooms, without the client's knowledge or permission...he was trying to spy on the night shift nurses. She caught him sleeping on the bathroom floor at midnight. If this is the nursing director's behavior, it tells you what kind of company and business they are running. My mother had a bad stroke, and I had to hire this agency (Celestial Care). Their nurses took advantage of my mother being in bed all the time, and they started inviting their boyfriends over at night. They abused her personal checking account, by writing checks to theirselves. I contacted them, and complained to them about the misuse of my mother's house and finances. They said they would investigate, and I never heard from them, so finally I had to get rid of them. I do not recomend this agency at all. They are horrible. I got another, decent, legitimate caregiving company to take care of her now. Pros: cant thing of any Cons: evry thing more
