Great service Would use again 11/11/2010

Lost my key last night and unfortunately didn't have a spare, called multiple companys and only two picked up. One was a call center and the other was Cedar Park Lock and key. I called Cedar Park Lock and key to get a price and then called the other company. Cedar park lock and key underquoted the other company by over $50!!! more

Call this man if you need someone you can trust. 10/19/2010

I called someone else initially because this company did not have good reviews. BIG MISTAKE. In the midst of a horrible experience, I called him to check prices and ask his professional opinion. He didn't have to help me, but did. Sure enough they wanted more than twice as much as he did and treated me in a very unprofessional manner. I called him back after almost having to call the police with the initial locksmiths. He came out today, did all the work, was very pleasant and cost me half as much. Please do not trust your home and safety to anything less. The most important thing he left me with is peace of mind and the security of my family. more

Quality Work, Prompt Courteous Service 9/18/2010

I needed some deadbolts installed on a rental house and called this company because they have an actual storefront locally instead of just a phone number. I was satisfied with the service and Brian was very pleasant to work with. He seemed to be very knowlegable about his craft. He made an extra trip at no charge in order to get the right locks to match the color of the existing locks on my doors. I would definately use him again. more

Fast Service 5/23/2008

Cedar Park Lock & Key came out right away when I locked my keys in the car. They were very nice and pleasant and reasonably priced. I would definetely recommend them. I'm embarrassed to say that I've done this more than once - and each time I've dealt with them, it's been a positive experience. Pros: quick response, good price more

Lousey attitude 11/24/2006

Well, my dog was locked in the car, along with my groceries. I needed to get the car open ASAP. I called the police, they were busy. I called Cedar Park Lock & Key. They were there in about 30 minutes. In the mean time, the police showed up with a slim jim (for free). He had no luck, but kept trying until CP Lock & Key arrived. Cons: Bad attitude more
