I am new to the area with little to no experience on the local contractors in the area. After searching many many companies online, Catseye had the total package. From their informative website to their wonderful educated staff. I had an issue with carpenter ants that i never experienced before. I called catseye after dealing with other companies that just wanted to basically tell me i would never live pest free. Catseye educated me on the problem and took care of it with white glove service. I was able to see information on my new account online. I travel quite frequently so communication is key to make me feel comfortable. Catseye was able to discuss and email me photos and information I never expected from a Pest Control service. The office staff was so friendly that we started talking about my family in florida and had a few laughs. Catseye makes you feel like they are part of your family and not just a number on a assembly line. I was able to get my problem fixed and i now know what to expect in the future. I currently use Catseye on a maintenance program so i never have to worry about pests in my home again. I know that should an issue arise I make a simple phone call or email and they will be out to take care of it with white glove service. The best part of the entire experience was, they came to my home free of charge and spoke to me face to face. I find that very refreshing in the business world. I called catseye for a price to get rid of mice. The guy came and went up in the attic. After about 5 minutes he came down and told me the problem was not mice it was squirrels nesting and bats. He said it would be about $9,000 to get the bats out and fix the holes and he wanted to replace my insulation because it was soiled from the animals. He said it was a pressing health issue and a fire hazard that the squirrels were chewing the wires. After he left I called two other pest control companies and they both said there were no signs of bats or squirrels. I was quite shocked. I had the problem resolved for $400.00 and it turned out to be a few mice. Catseye tried to scam me and Im very upset about it. more

I would recommend Catseye to anyone, they are very accomodating. Our inspector was absolutely incredible, right on time, brought all the necessary equipment, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in identifying the problem. I am a mom of 3 children, and had problems with ants last spring. I tried ant traps from the hardware store, but I swear the ants laughed at them! They continued to invade the cereal in the pantry! After seeing a recent commercial for Catseye, I decided to use their service once again for the mice living in my garage. They would find a way into my garbage can and make a mess. These pests even found a way into the back of my chest freezer! In only 5 days, Catseye eliminated the nasty mice, and they also sealed up the entry where the rodents were getting in!
