I have been to Suwanee catch air over ten times and it has been worse every time. I have never seen all of the air items working. The air unit in the corner has been laying in the corner since catch air has been open. The item in the center of the building has been broken the same amount of time and it is just covered with mats. The floor is lifting off of the ground and kids trip all of the time. There is one play area for small children that is filthy, I had to take pictures of how dirty the animals were that children are supposed to be playing on. The entire toddler play area looks uncared for. The climbing area needs to be cleaned, there is a layer of dust on the slides and house that can be seen from the floor. The areas between the slides is filled with dirt, old socks, kleenex, and had probably never been cleaned. The foam around the dance floor is pulling away from it and I watched four kids trip on the gap between the two. I have been there two weekends and on both of them the drinking fountains were "broken". it seems like the owners only interest is making money, and that they are never there. On the positive side, the bathrooms are cleaned, and I often see staff cleaning in them. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have needed bandaids and ice and they always get them right away. It is nice that they have coffee for parents. I feel if the owners fixed what is broken and they hired a cleaning company, it would be a better place. If nothing else, wash the stuffed animals that children are playing with.
